With over 25 years of experience in applied health services and impact measurement, I have strong expertise in the areas of a wide range of evaluation methods. Twelve years working in the Ontario cancer system means I have a thorough understanding of how cancer care operates in this province and beyond.
I am currently affiliated with the the University of Toronto, Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, where I lecture and supervise graduate students.
