There's nothing as rewarding as helping people get clarity on their problems and finding them the solutions they need. That is why I'm excited to work with clients and provide valuable insights that can set them on a path to success.
With over 25 years of experience in applied health services and impact measurement, I have strong expertise in a wide range of evaluation methods. My skills span from evaluating the impact assessment, implementation of new programs and practices; study design; data interpretation & visualization; and knowledge translation and mobilization.
I earned my PhD in Health Policy, Management and Evaluation and my Masters degree in Epidemiology, both from the University of Toronto. My doctoral work focused on continuity of care primary care, through the lens of health economics. In addition to my formal training, I am also a credentialed evaluator (CE) with the Canadian Evaluation Society.
Now I use what I know about measurement and apply it to answer real-world, useful questions! Like: how is the work of my organization making a difference?
I love to teach, to coach, and to help organizations get clarity on the impact that they are having on the world, how to measure that impact, and communicate it to stakeholders.
I am proudly affiliated with the the University of Toronto, Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, where I lecture and supervise graduate students.
